LET’S START.
First of all, you have to know the difference between Great Britain, and the United Kingdom. Great Britain is formed by England, Scotland and Wales. The UK (United Kingdom) is formed by England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland (NI). Moreover, there is no difference between the names Great Britain and Britain.
The British flag (UK) is called The Union Jack, and is made up from three other flags:

Regarding the traditional food, British people have three main meals a day: breakfast (between 7:00-9:00), lunch (between 12:00 and 1:30 pm) and dinner, sometimes called supper. The last one is the main meal. Eaten between 17:30 and 20:00.
